CHENITA ROGERS-EDWARDS:
Former USA National Team standout, competing in New Zealand and China;
member of NCAA All-Decade Team for 1980’s and voted one of top 35 NCAA players of All-Time; 2-time All-American and member of 1986 NCAA
Division I World Series Champions at
Cal State Fullerton; former assistant NCAA
coach at Cal State Fullerton; experience coaching ASA Gold travel teams and assisting 100’s in finding a quality
college experience.

Exposure – 91 Rebel Rd – Tifton, GA 31794 (If on I-75, use exit 62. Head west
on Hwy 82 and turn left on Rebel Road (next to Griffin Dodge). Diamond Exposure
is on the right, across from UPS Distribution Center. If traveling east on Hwy

MORNING SESSION: The morning session will cover basics of slap hitting and also
advanced/elite mechanics and drills. In addition, Chenita will teach base hit
bunting from the left side. Players must be at least 10 years old, but the
sessions will be structured to definitely improve veteran slappers. Chenita is
recognized as one of the top slap hitting instructors in the nation and works
many of Higher Ground’s elite events in addition to private instruction for top
high school and college players.
AFTERNOON SESSION: This session is for players
(7th grade or higher) and parents who want the details
and truth about preparing for college softball. Chenita frequently conducts
similar sessions and has a solid reputation for helping players find the right
fit, while making the preparation and recruiting experience much smoother and
successful. She will present proven information and allow a chance for your
personal questions. This is a tremendous opportunity to hear from someone who
can clearly present what you really need to know.
REGISTRATION:
One Session (DE Member - $25; Non-Member - $35); Both Sessions (DE Member -
$50; Non-Member - $60). The afternoon fee allows player and one or both parents
to attend. We encourage advance
registration, but are happy to accept on-sire registration for an additional
$10 fee. Make checks payable to
